This has been of our most recent projects, which has seen again huge success. The family ran online collectables store selling Marvel characters and Funko toys required a company that could not only design, develop and market their company but actually take them from being an average online store to a web shop that can now proudly state to be leaders in the market.

Its amazing how deploying pieces of technology and upgrading from a certain platform can really make. This website was using an average off the shelf store when DR&W decided to take the decision to move to Magento. Our team of strategists sat down with the key stakeholders and mapped out a route to market. Bouncing ideas of one another; a year later the company has seen its turnover triple due to DR&W.

The usual online marketing strategy was used, rather then profit coming first, we found that really understanding the clients brand and what its users actually wanted from the shop would help us clearly define and maximise its long term ROI.

Our development team decided to create features like “Buy and Save” , “Power Points” , “Pre-Pay” and most recently introduced a “Payment Plan” feature. Coupled with a sophisticated sales channel integration from the likes of eBay, Play and Amazon the products are not only selling fast and effectively but our marketing strategists were able to pin down separate campaigns that required a higher ticket item with a lower margin profit targeting to be adjusted in order to suit the clients ROI.

This ongoing project is seeing a constant uplift in its sales and our team are proud to be doing what they are doing, working with very happy customers to ensure we keep doing it.
